Founder
Chris Bowman is a founding member of Prospect Wealth Advisors. Driven by over 30 years of financial services experience, which included a considerable amount of time working in the investment banking industry. Mr. Bowman has embraced the notion that there is no “one size fits all” investment plan.
The importance of building a true independent firm was paramount. Delivering unbiased, transparent and custom strategies that are aligned with our clients’ goals and aspirations. This holistic team approach allows us to have a deeper relationship with our clients. We look to clearly understand how to optimize returns for their situation, mitigate risk, reduce taxes, develop a sound legacy plan and work to create reliable income.
Chris affirms that to excel and thrive as an Investment Advisor, you should have a passion for helping people. “I cherish the enduring relationships I have built over a long career”. Those relationships go beyond managing assets. It is a dedicated confidante, support and guidance after the loss of a loved one and so much more. “I feel blessed to have some incredible clients that are also incredible friends.
Chris was blessed at an early age to travel the world and live overseas, a passion he continues with his own family. He has been married to his wife Barbara for 24 years. They have two children Dylan (23) and Isabella (21). The family loves the arts, music, drama, architecture, and art of any kind. They love to hike, ski, hunt and enjoy anything outdoors. “I am also a huge foodie!” The family is active in several non-profits that are dear to their hearts.
Founder
For 30 years, Jon has helped hundreds of people build financial confidence. He’s
especially passionate about helping people to understand complex financial concepts in an easy to understand, transparent way.
“Too many people try to chase returns,” Jon says. “I help people learn how to live within their means and utilize financial strategies with lifetime income so that the things you can’t control may not ruin your future.”
Jon has been building his firm around creating strategies designed to help provide his clients confidence and lifetime income since 2001. Prior to becoming an advisor to clients, Jon gained extensive experience in other aspects of the financial industry, including trading commodities for a hedge fund, becoming partner in an estate planning firm, working on Wall Street for Oppenheimer and Co. and starting an online brokerage. Additionally, as a manager of foreign exchange operations for an online brokerage, the firm won the Barron’s Top Online Brokerage award in its category. His love for the financial industry and the markets started in his teens when he began trading stocks and researching capitalism. This diverse knowledge gained in many aspects of finance has added value to client relationships.
Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, Jon studied economics at the University of Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys playing competitive-level tennis and pickle ball. Jon has been married to his wife Amy for over 20 years. They have two daughters , Jordan and Dylan, a son, Brody, and two labradoodles, Becker and Coco. Jon is also an active supporter and fundraiser for Tutti Bambini, a not-for-profit that supports programs for at risk children.

Doug has had a long career starting on Wall Street as a founding partner of an investment banker/ brokerage firm in the 90’s . After years of experience in private equity and money management, he now uses insurance products to help his clients understand the value of guaranteed money sources in today's fast paced financial world.

John Ramsden is a skilled Financial Consultant with an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the Financial Services and Real Estate sectors. His primary focus revolves around alternative investment strategies employing Insurance and Real Estate vehicles.
John embarked on his professional journey in 2001 with American Express, where he dedicated himself to assisting individuals in realizing their financial aspirations through comprehensive financial planning. In 2013, he diversified his expertise by delving into Real Estate Investing, broadening the scope of services he could offer his clientele.
Notably, John has achieved success in Real Estate, as evidenced by his team consistently ranking in the top 1% nationwide. His exceptional performance has garnered him the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award consecutively from 2013 to 2021. John and his team concentrate on crafting comprehensive wealth strategies that optimize clients' assets while mitigating risks associated with taxes, inflation, and market fluctuations.

Financial Advisor
Dylan Bowman joins Prospect Wealth Advisors as a devoted financial advisor with a passion for guiding individuals towards stable retirement and investment decisions. With a diverse background and experience, Dylan excels in providing financial counsel and marketing strategies.
Dylan’s journey in the financial industry began at Fidelity Investments in Dallas, Texas. There, he honed his skills and earned the FINRA financial licenses, including Series 66, Series 7, and SIE. He specialized in assisting individuals in making prudent retirement choices, particularly with their 401(k) plans.
Dylan holds a robust educational foundation, graduating cum laude with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. Entrepreneurship isn't merely a field of study for him; it's a lifelong passion. He has always been captivated by the art of business, from reselling shoes to exploring the realms of drop shipping and even trading cryptocurrencies.
Before venturing into the financial sector, Dylan garnered valuable experience in diverse roles. He mastered the art of effective communication and sales while selling security system door-to-door in Oklahoma. His expertise further blossomed at the State of Arizona's Commerce Department, where he played a pivotal role in supporting and promoting small businesses statewide. He also aided these businesses in preparing for the prestigious Arizona Innovation Challenge, an initiative that awards a total of $1.5 million annually to small businesses in Arizona.
Beyond the financial world, Dylan is a dedicated family person, finding immense joy in spending quality time with his dad, mom, and younger sister. His interests are as diverse as his professional expertise, including art, nature, music, MMA, social media, and marketing. His
leisure moments, he enjoys socializing with friends, attending music festivals, or honing his skills in the MMA gym.
